Our property manager Sue was fantastic and communicative, some of her earlier colleagues let the side down before we were handled by Sue. Inventory report wasn’t well conducted and left a little vague initially and a few maintenance issues were a hassle. But when Sue took over we had a much better experience of Martin & Co. Shame the landlord is unable to do more work to improve the flat.

I recently sold my house in Armley with Manning Stainton's Wortley branch and have nothing but positive words to say about them. The were the most on the ball and least pushy out of the agencies who valued the property and had lots of helpful advice for me. Initially I deal with Alex and Nikki who helped with the valuations, marketing and advertising of my house and then Lucy and Lesley were responsible for overseeing the sale for me. Communication was excellent throughout, nothing was too much trouble and everyone was helpful and friendly. Best of all, they managed to achieve the full asking price and help us to complete on the sale in less than 6 weeks! If you are considering selling in West Leeds, I would 100% urge you to contact these, you won't regret it. Thanks again everyone for making the process so smooth and stress free.

I cannot speak too highly of the service we have received from the staff at YourMove Crossgates relating to the recent sale of our property. It was a move fraught with difficulties that were in no way YourMove's problem but Sandra worked so hard for us to complete the process. Her efforts definitely went beyond what I expected and would like to thank her for all her work. I honestly think that if it was not for her the whole move would have fallen through and cost us a large amount of money. i very much enjoyed our phone calls as her positivity and humour came through helping to reduce the stress that at times threatened to overwhelm myself and my wife. We both cannot thank her enough.

I have used SB Living to let my house for several years. Initially I was unsure. I had spoken to several agents and I was totally confused which one to choose. However, I am so glad I opted for SB Living. I am just a small fish in a big pond when considering SB Living deal with much bigger land lords with many houses. Yet any time I speak to them they make me feel as if I am the only person they are working with. My house has been let continuously for many years now despite changes in tenants. All laws and regulations are adhered to and I am consulted fully regarding any repair work. Two years ago I even used their recommended builders to do extension in my own house. I am so glad I opted for SB Living all those years ago.

We bought a leasehold property via Park Lane and they were helpful all the way through - providing excellent, prompt service and chasing things up whenever necessary. It took us around a year to buy a property from start to finish, and Park Lane - namely Nick, Satty and Lucy - were all helpful and patient throughout the whole process. I'd definitely be happy to work with them again.
